Simple Healthy Salad – LOSE 11 LBS IN A MONTH

Ingredients:

🍅 Tomatoes – 2
🥒 Cucumber – 1
🧅 Red onion – half
🥫 Canned red beans – 250 g
🧀 Feta cheese – 125 g

For the dressing:
🫒 Olive oil
🍋 Juice of half a lemon
🧂 Salt

Instructions:

1. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands
2. Chop tomatoes, cucumber and onion
3. Add feta and beans
4. For the dressing: mix olive oil, lemon juice and salt
