Ingredients
• 200 g apple
• 150 g carrot
• 130–150 g almond flour
• 4–5 eggs
• 1 tsp condensed milk
• Coconut powder (optional)
• Cinnamon powder (optional)

Instructions
1. Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
2. Cut the apple and carrot into small pieces suitable for blending.
3. Add the following ingredients into a blender:
• chopped apple and carrot
• egg mixture
• almond flour
• condensed milk
Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
4. Grease the bottom of a microwave-safe container with butter or oil, then line it with parchment paper.
5. If parchment paper is not available, make sure to spread the butter evenly over the bottom of the container.
6. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe container.
7. Use chopsticks or a toothpick to remove the air.
8. Sprinkle almond powder on top (optional)
9. Cover with a lid.
If there is no lid, cover with plastic wrap and poke 2–3 small holes with a fork.
10. Microwave for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked.
