High-Protein No-Bread Sandwich

Ingredients:

Onion (chopped) – ½ cup

Capsicum (chopped) – ½ cup

Carrot (chopped) – ½ cup

Sweet corn – ¼ cup

Green chilies – 2–3

Fresh coriander – a handful

Paneer – 180 g

Gram flour (besan) – ½ cup

Chaat masala – ½ tsp

Black pepper powder – ½ tsp

Salt – 1 tsp (or to taste)

Curd – 2 tbsp

Water – ½ cup (or as needed to adjust consistency)

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, add onion, capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, green chilies, fresh coriander, and paneer. Crumble the paneer and mix everything well.

2. Add besan, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt, and curd. Mix thoroughly.

3. Gradually add water to adjust the mixture into a thick batter.

4. Pour the batter into a greased sandwich maker or toaster (electric or gas).

5. Cook until both sides turn golden brown and crisp.

6. Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy your healthy sandwich.
