Ingredients:-
For cream cheese spread:-
1/2 cup fresh paneer
1 tbsp fresh curd
1 big or 2-3 small cloves garlic
Salt as required
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp spring onion, finely chopped
2 tsp dill/Suva leaves and mix.
For sandwiches:-
Bread of your choice
Cucumber slices
Start by blending paneer, curd, and a garlic clove into a creamy paste. Add salt, black pepper, green onion, and fresh dill leaves, mix well. Thinly slice cucumbers and place them on a paper towel to soak up excess water. Optionally, cut the sides off the bread. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice, layer cucumber slices on top, and cover with another slice of bread. Cut into your desired shape. To keep them fresh for up to two days, wrap each sandwich in cling film, store in the fridge, and enjoy!
