Chicken Marinade:
• Chicken – 300g
• Yogurt – 4 tbsp (60g)
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin powder – ½ tsp
• Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp
• Turmeric – ¼ tsp
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
Masala:
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp (15ml)
• Onion puree – 1 small (80g)
• Tomato puree – ¾ cup (150g)
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
• Coriander powder – ½ tsp
• Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
• Black pepper – ¼ tsp
• Turmeric – ¼ tsp
• Water – 2–3 tbsp
Finishing:
• Kasuri methi – ½ tsp
• Cream – 2 tbsp (30g)
• Fresh coriander
👩🍳 Method:
1. Marinate chicken with all marinade ingredients (30 mins)
2. Heat oil, add onion puree, cook 1 min
3. Add tomato puree + spices, cook well
4. Add little water & cook till masala thick
5. Add chicken, cook till tender
6. Finish with kasuri methi + cream
7. Garnish with coriander
