This instant ragi dosa is a healthy, crispy and nutritious breakfast option made without any soaking or fermentation. Packed with the goodness of ragi (finger millet) and vegetables, it’s ideal for quick meals, weight management and clean eating.
Ingredients
Ragi Flour – 1/2 Cup
Suji – 2 tbsp
Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Carrot – 1/4 Cup
Onion – 1/4 Cup
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black Pepper – 1.5 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Water – 1.5 Cups
Paneer
Chilli Flakes
Ghee/Oil – as required
Steps
➡️ Take a mixing bowl and add ragi flour, rice flour & suji along with vegetables and spices. Add water and make a thin runny batter as shown in the video.
➡️ Spread on hot tawa and cook until crisp. Add some grated paneer and chilli flakes if you like.
➡️ Enjoy with homemade chutney of your choice.
