INGREDIENTS

4 big pc. Boneless chicken

Garlic ginger paste

1 Capsicum

1 Onion

Cheese

Mayonnaise

Salt

Bread

STEP 1:

1. Boil boneless chicken with ginger-garlic paste and water till the chicken is well-cooked.

2. Remove the chicken from the stew and keep it aside.

3. Using a fork or clean hands, shred the chicken nicely.

STEP 2:

1. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoon refined oil.

2. Add chopped onion and cook till it turns light golden.

3. Add the shredded chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

4. Add the shredded chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

Optional: add the chicken stew to keep the filling juicy.

5. Add finely chopped capsicum and cook for a few minutes till slightly soft.

6. Lower the flame and add mayonnaise and grated cheese.

7. Mix well till everything is creamy and evenly combined.

8. Turn off the heat.

STEP 3:

1. Lightly toast the bread slices on a pan or toaster.

2. Place the hot chicken filling between the bread slices.

3. Cut and serve warm.
