Ingredients:

Unsweetened palkova – 200g
Sugar – 125g
Saffron – one pinch (soaked in warm milk)
Cardamom – 3 (powdered)
Eggs – 3
Ghee – 15g
Instructions:

1. Mix Palkova and Sugar:
Heat unsweetened palkova and sugar on low flame until combined.

2. Add Saffron and Cardamom:
Stir in saffron milk and cardamom powder. Turn off the flame.

3. Cool and Add Eggs:
Let the mixture cool. Add eggs and mix well with a whisk or blender.

4. Add Ghee and Bake:
Stir in ghee thoroughly.
Pour into a greased pan.
Preheat oven to 130°C. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
