🛒 Ingredients (Makes 2)
• 4 heaped tbsp oats (blended)
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 egg
• 1/3 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp strawberry jam
• Extra yogurt (for topping)

🔥 Directions (Oven Method)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
2. Blend oats into flour
3. Mix oats, yogurt, egg, and baking powder until smooth
4. Divide into 2 ramekins
5. Add 1 tsp jam to center of each
6. Lightly cover jam with batter
7. Bake for 15 minutes
8. Cool slightly & top with yogurt
