I’ve recently come to accept I have a fear of opening pull-tab cans. I think I cut myself one time and now I’m just scared lol

Ingredients (~2 servings)
1 Korean tuna can
3 cups green cabbage, thinly shredded
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 eggs
2/3 cup AP flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Pinch of salt
Kewpie mayo
Green onions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Mix in the flour, cornstarch, salt, and broth. Optional to add additional seasonings of your choice! Fold in the cabbage and carrots.
2. In a pan with oil on medium heat, evenly lay the mixture down and let it cook for 3-4 min, or until bottom starts to brown. Carefully flip it over. Let it cook for another 3-4 min.
3. Remove from heat/pan. Top with tuna, green onions, and kewpie mayo. Enjoy!
