4 small cucumbers 350 grams / 12 ounces
1 teaspoon salt
1 large potato 330 grams / 11 ounces
Cooked or canned beans 300 grams / 10.5 ounces
A bunch of dill
3-5 green onions
1 small onion
1 medium chicken fillet

Chicken marinade: Add salt and freshly ground black pepper, drizzle lightly with vegetable oil, and coat the entire fillet.

Salad dressing:
Boil 3 eggs
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Olive oil 60 ml / 0.12 pint
