Ingredients:
-1 Cup Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt (240g)
-1/2 Cup Whipped Cream Cheese (85g)
-2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein (60g)
-1/2 Cup Powdered Peanut Butter (PBfit) (65g)
-1 Cup Light Cool Whip (70g)
-3 Tbsp Zero-Calorie Sweetener
-Pinch of Salt
-1 Peanut Butter Cup, crushed (21g)
Instructions:
1.) Mix yogurt, whipped cream cheese, protein powder, powdered peanut butter, sweetener, and salt until smooth.
2.) Fold in Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
3.) Divide into two bowls and top with chopped peanut butter cup.
4.) Enjoy immediately or chill 30–60 minutes to thicken.
