🥄 Ingredients (Serves 2)
• 4 hard-boiled eggs
• 2–3 tbsp processed cheese
• 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
• (Optional) 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 4–5 cucumber slices
• 3–4 tomato slices
• 1 small onion (lightly sautéed or raw)
• ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
• ¼ tsp red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Toothpicks (for serving)

🍳 Steps
1. Prep Eggs
• Hard boil, peel, and cut eggs into halves.
2. Cheese Base Magic
• Heat a pan, add a little cheese.
• Place egg halves cut side down on the melting cheese.
• Let it cook till cheese melts and slightly crisps—this will bind the eggs together.
3. Remove Carefully
• Take out the cheesy egg layer as one piece.
4. Add Flavour
• Drizzle red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, and optional ketchup.
5. Layer Veggies
• Add cucumber, tomato, and onions.
6. Seasoning
• Sprinkle roasted cumin powder + red chilli powder + salt.
7. Stack & Serve
• Place another cheesy egg layer on top (like a sandwich but without bread).
• Secure with toothpicks and serve.
