Dark Chocolate- 9/10 if it is 70%+ cocoa. And is unsweetened or low in sugar to avoid glycation.
Protein Bars- 5/10 Depends on the ingredients., if made with clean proteins (e.g., whey, pea, collagen can have various skin benefits. But Many are high in sugar.
Nachos — 3/10- Typically made from refined carbs and often paired with processed toppings. More of a treat than a regular snack choice.
Bhel Puri — 7/10- Light and includes a mix of ingredients like puffed rice and vegetables. A relatively better option depending on preparation.
Makhana — 9/10- Light, minimally processed, and nutritionally balanced. A strong everyday snack option. Best when roasted, not fried or heavily salted/flavored.
