Ingredients ( Serve: 2 )
• 1/2 cup prawns
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp oil
• 12-15 curry leaves
• 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
• 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
• 1 tbsp red chillies, chopped
• 1/4 cup onion, sliced
• 1/4 cup capsicum, sliced
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp salt
Method
1. Clean prawns, peel and devein it. Wash well and keep it in bowl.
2. Add black pepper powder, vinegar and salt into it.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Add curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chili and sauté for a while.
5. Then add sliced onion and sauté until soft.
6. Now add capsicum and sauté.
7. Add turmeric, salt and fry.
8. Then add the prawns and cook.
9. Serve hot.
