1 cup fenugreek seeds/leaves (soaked overnight & drained well)
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
