Ingredients (Saamagri):
Bread slices – 4
Ande (Eggs) – 2-3 (Fente huye)
Makhan (Butter) – Toast karne ke liye
Kheera (Cucumber) – Thin slices
Pyaaz (Onion) – Thin slices
Tomato Ketchup
Namak aur Kaali Mirch (Salt & Black Pepper) – Swaad anusaar
Method (Banane Ki Vidhi):
Preparation: Sabase pehle non-stick tawa par makhan garam karein aur bread slices ko dono taraf se golden brown hone tak toast kar lein.
Making Egg: Tawa par thoda aur makhan dalein. Fente huye ando ko faila kar pakayein.
Layering: Thoda pakne ke baad, egg par ek layer bread, thin cut cucumber, aur onion slices rakhein.
Sauce & Spice: Upar se tomato ketchup dalein aur thoda namak-mirch sprinkle karein.
Assemble: Dusri bread slice se cover karein aur sandwich ko fold karein.
Final Toast: Sandwich ko tawa par press karte huye dono side se crisp karein.
Serve: Diagonal cut karein aur hot serve karein. Enjoy!
