Ingredients:
-2 lbs Lean Ground Beef (96/4) (907g)
-10 Low Carb Burrito Tortillas
-2 Packs Center Cut Bacon (24 oz / 680g)
-2 Cups Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (226g)
-4 Cups Diced Frozen Potatoes (about 600g)
-1 Medium Yellow Onion (200g)
-1.5 tsp Salt
-1 tsp Black Pepper
-1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
-1 tsp Onion Powder
-1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Burger Sauce:
-4 Tbsp Ketchup (68g)
-4 Tbsp 0% Greek Yogurt (60g)
-4 Tbsp Light Mayo (60g)
-4 Tbsp Yellow Mustard (60g)
-4 tsp Pickle Juice (20g)

Instructions:
1.) Air fry diced potatoes at 400°F for 15–20 mins, shaking halfway, until crispy; set aside. Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and discard grease.
2.) Mix burger sauce. In same pan, cook ground beef and onion, add seasonings and Worcestershire, and brown fully.
3.) Stir in potatoes and bacon, then melt in cheddar.
4.) Remove from heat and mix in burger sauce to taste.
5.) Divide into 10 tortillas (~1 cup each) and wrap.
6.) Optional: sear seam-side down 1–2 mins per side.
7.) Store 4–5 days (freeze longer); reheat microwave 1 min then air fry 8–10 mins at 300°F.
