Ingredients:
-2 lbs Chicken Breast (907g)
-5 Medium Sweet Potatoes (~200g each)
-1 Cup Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (112g)
-1 Cup Barbecue Sauce (280g)
-1/4 Cup Green Onions (20–30g)
-2 tsp Garlic Powder (6g)
-2 tsp Onion Powder (6g)
-2 tsp Salt (12g)
-2 tsp Black Pepper (4g)
-1/2 tsp Cinnamon (1g total)

Instructions:
1.) Add chicken to crockpot with seasonings and barbecue sauce. Cook high 3–4 hrs or low 6–8 hrs, then shred.
2.) Bake sweet potatoes at 400°F for 50–60 mins until tender.
3.) Slice potatoes open, lightly mash with a dash of cinnamon, then fill with BBQ chicken and top with cheddar.
4.) Bake at 350°F for 5–10 mins until cheese is melted.
5.) Top with green onions. Store 4–5 days (freeze longer) and reheat before eating.
