Kettle Corn Popcorn using the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Air Fryer
Can the Ninja Foodi make Kettle Corn Popcorn?
If you own a Ninja Foodi Air Crisper Pressure Cooker than you have at your fingertips one of the best old fashioned Kettle Corn popcorn machines. This version of kettle popcorn is similar to the old fashioned carnival, state fair or festival version except you get to flavor it any way you like. Make kettle corn popcorn any time with your Ninja Foodi, below is the list of instructions on how to make this delicious snack food.
Instructions for making Ninja Foodi Kettle Corn Popcorn
1. Heat your Ninja Foodi pot for a couple of minutes using the Saute/Sear selection.
2. Add 1-2 tbpn. of a high smoke point vegetable oil or safflower oil.
3. Add 1/3 Cup of a High quality Organic Dry Popcorn Kernels.
4. Stir to coat the kernels in the oil.
5. Place the Ninja Foodi Pressure cooker lid with the valve unsealed on or if you have a glass lid that will fit the pot use that. It will give you a great view of the kettle popcorn action.
6. When the popcorn kernels slow in popping usually after about 2-3 minutes, turn off your ninja foodi pressure cooker.
7. Remove the Ninja Foodi Pressure cooker lid, add some butter and salt, and if you like, add some cheddar cheese powder or any other flavorings, give it a stir to incorporate and coat the kettle corn popcorn.
8. Fill a large bowl with the great tasting kettle corn popcorn, stream your favorite movie and enjoy!
