Hello everyone 🙂 Welcome back to my channel. Today’s video is all about SUPER EASY QUICK HEALTHY BREAKFAST 🙂 (3ways).

First, we are making three ingredient protein pancakes. I make these all the time. They are gluten free, so fast to make, super cheap, made with 100% clean ingredients, and you can store ahead of time and eat later.

My personal favourite is the Chia Seed Pudding. Make it overnight and leave it in the fridge for a really quick grab and go breakfast. Chia seeds provide lots of energy (you might be able to skip your morning coffee!)

Lastly, we have avocado toast with eggs to provide you with good sources of fat and protein 🙂 Feel free to sprinkle with red chilli flakes for some spice 🙂 I hope you guys enjoy!
