Crispy Paneer Tikki Wrap (High Protein & Gluten-Free)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Brown Chana (Boiled)
2 Sweet Potatoes (Boiled)
Spices: Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Hing, Salt (to taste)
Finally chopped green chilli-2
Finally chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 Lemon juice
1 tsp Ghee (for frying)
100g Paneer (grated for the wrap)
Grated Cheese (Optional)
Spread: Spicy Green Chutney (Coriander-Mint)
Toppings: Lettuce, sliced onions, Cucumber Tomatoes&Chaat Masala
Quick Method:
Mash chana, sweet potato, and spices. Form into tikkis and pan-fry in ghee until crispy.
On low heat, grate paneer in a circular shape directly onto the pan. Let it melt and fuse into a ‘roti’. Flip once golden.
Spread green chutney over the paneer roti. Assemble with lettuce, onions, tikkis, and chaat masala. Roll and serve hot!

Tip – Paneer should be grated on very low heat otherwise it will tear off.
