A healthy & high in protein breakfast.

5 eggs (5 egg whites, 1 yolk only) – Remember that your protein is inside the egg white, the yolk contains fats, so keep it minimal.
1 cup of spinach
Pinch of Salt
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp. coconut oil
