Ingredients:
Palm jaggery-1/4 cup
water-1/2 cup
banana-2
egg-1
milk-1/4 cup
wheat flour-1/2 cup
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
pinch of salt
pinch of baking soda
grated coconut
ghee
Procedure:
-In a sauce pan add palm jaggery and water,when it is completely dissolved off the flame and keep aside .
-In a mixing bowl add banana and mash with the fork.
-Add one egg and palm jaggery syrup prepared earlier.
-Mix everything well and add milk,wheat flour,cardamom powder,salt and baking soda.
-Give and mix ,add little water if needed
-Heat the tawa and pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly
-Add some grated coconut and ghee,cook for few seconds.
-Flip over and cook for few seconds.
-Then transfer to a plate.
