INGREDIENTS:
– Oil 1 Tbsp
– Black cumin 1-2 tsp
– Green Chili 1 piece / to taste
– Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
– Grated Beetroot 1.5 Cup
– Turmeric powder half tsp
– Salt to taste
– Green Mango powder 1 tbsp (Optional)
– Wheat Flour 1.5 – 2 Cup
– Mix well and make a soft Dough
– Add flour if needed & kneaded well
METHODS :
– Grate the Beetroot
– Fry for 9 -10 minutes
– Paste the cooked Beetroot with a little bit water
– Oil 1 tsp, grease well
– Keep aside for 10 minutes
– Cut the dough into small pieces
– Grease well
– Have to fold
– Fry Parothas in a frying pan
– Flip over
– Oil half tbsp, grease well both sides and fry
