DESCRIPTION:

Veggie sandwitch is one that had withstood for time.It has come to the aid of the people,who need a quick and healthy snackswith kids and office goers.It is a secculent stuffing of onions and capsicum with spice powders is sandwitched and cooked on a Tawa, till the bread is perfectly crisp and golder in colour. The crispiness of the bread and the juiciness of the filling contrast beautifully make this dish tasty and a popular snack. You can also try this sandwic h with other veggies.

Ingredients:

Capsicum – 1
Onion – 1
Curd – 1/2 cup {150gms}
Chilli powder – 1 t.spoon
Jeera Powder – 1 T.spoon
Salt – As per taste
Bread Slices

To be mixed in stuffing.

1 Capsicum finely chopped
1 Onion Finely chopped
1 t.spoon Chilli powder
1 t.spoon jeera powder
Salt to taste.

Description:

– Place bread slices on a clean and dry surface.

– Place the stuffing on the bread.

– Sandwich it using another bread slice and press it lilghtly.

– Heat the tawa put 1/2 spoon of oil for cooking and place the sandwich on it.

– cook on the medium flame till it turns golden brown from both the sides.

– Cut the sandwich diagonally in 2 equal portions.

– Serve immediately with your Favorite dips.
