Do you want to give a healthy snack to your kid in tiffin box? Why not try these healthy rolls that are made with whole wheat bread and filled with goodness of healthy vegetables?
to make this roll, you will need, whole wheat bread, cucumber, carrots, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, paneer or Indian cheese, crushed black pepper, salt.
first you need to flatten the bread slice with the help of a roller, roll it very thin. then grate the carrots. Grate the cucumber. grated the paneer or Indian cheese. Take a bowl and transfer the grate carrots into it. Squeeze all the juice from cucumber and add to the bowl.
add grated Paneer or Indan Cheese to the bowl.
Now add 1/4 tea spoon of salt.
add 1/4 tea spoon of crushed black pepper.
add 3 tea spoons of mayonnaise.
add 2 tea spoons of tomato ketchup.
mix everything well.
spread this mixture on the flattened bread slice.
start rolling from one side and roll all the way through.
Roll it very tightly. repeat and make as many rolls as you require.
You can serve these rolls as such, or you can grill them in an oven, or in a pan, that has been oiled with some butter.
