Hi guys!!! Welcome back to another Tasting Positive video!! Today’s recipe is going to be a high protein/ low calorie/ nutrient dense version of your favorite pasta dish!
Ingredients
Red Lentil Pasta (Half bag)
Spinach (Whole bag)
Mushrooms (Large carton)
Garlic (5 cloves minced)
Sun-dried Tomatoes (as many as you would like, I add about 10)
Orange Peppers (1 large orange pepper or 4-5 mini peppers)
Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
Parmesean Cheese (1/4 – 1/2 cup)
Garlic Powder
Salt + Pepper
