Soup is easily digestible, filling and nutritious. It should be serve hot. Soups help in losing weight by increasing ones metabolism. Soups in general can be prepared easily and in a short time. Today, I am preparing carrot and corn soup. Carrot and corn soup recipe is a stock based vegetable soup. This is a cream soup. Carrot and corn soup also has many health benefits. This soup increases immunity strength, improves skin health and cures sickness.
Ingredients for carrot and corn soup-1 cup chopped carrot
½ cup corn
Water two cups
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 3-4 pods
Onion chopped small
Bay leaf 1
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsps
How to make carrot and corn soup-first boil chopped carrot and corn completely, make boiled carrot and corn puree. Put aside the carrot and corn stock. Heat a tbsp butter, add chopped garlic, onion and one bay leaf, fry a minute. Next add carrot and corn puree to this and add carrot and corn stock to this. Add salt and pepper powder to this and cook for 2 minutes till the soups thickens slightly. Now, the hot and healthy carrot and corn soup is ready to serve…
