Hey guys!

While everyone is out here hoarding all the toilet paper I’ll be over here hoarding all the frozen pizza 🍕 🤣 JK, people don’t need to hoard supplies.. and this weeks grocery haul was slim pickins as a result of that.

I originally planned on just getting what we needed for the week. However, I did in fact decide to stock up on some additional frozen/non-perishable food items “just in case.”👌🏻

I started the channel in hopes of providing you guys with meal ideas and ways that you can prepare simple, healthy, and delicious meals at home. I often give nutrition tips and information throughout the hauls as well.

Anyways here are the meals:

1️⃣Frozen salmon/sweet potatoes/Salad kit

2️⃣Frozen salmon/ sweet potatoes/ brussel sprouts (ya see what I did there🤷🏻‍♀️ Same meal, different veggie! Makes my planning easier and cost effective)

3️⃣Pan seared tilapia/ roasted carrots & asparagus/ 90 sec rice

4️⃣Italian sausage/ peppers & mushrooms/ whole wheat gnocchi

5️⃣Veggie omelettes/bacon/ breakfast potatoes

“Just in case” food:
Proteins-Wild caught frozen salmon, tuna packets, canned black beans, veggies burgers and ground turkey to freeze

Grains-ready rice and boxed pastas

Fruits and Vegetables: Frozen vegetables and frozen berries- antioxidants are critical during this time!

Don’t forget to wash your hands, eat your fruits and vegetables and move your body this week y’all! We will get through this!
