Welcome to Paleo Test Kitchen. Over the last few months, we have shared tasty videos with you with the goal of making paleo cooking more approachable.
On our journey we have shared recipes from other cooks/chefs and of our own making. When coming up with a new recipe, inspiration can come from any number of places. For my wife, this CREATE-ion was entirely inspired by the memory of her mother’s Chicken and Rice.
But, this is not your mom’s chicken and rice recipe! This paleo dinner recipe was crafted to fit our lifestyle without adding too much time in the kitchen.
On our paleo journey, we have struggled with how to make homemade cooking easy. We hope that this channel becomes a resource for you to take some of the mystery out of how to get something healthy on the table that doesn’t take all day to make.
