These tuna patties are a great alternative to the burger patties we got used to. Really delicious and it is a good way to enjoy snack. You can even serve these if you have visitors, and I’m sure everyone will enjoy even if they are not under keto.
Ingredients:
200 grams Tuna, canned, drain
1 Tbsp Almond Flour
½ Green Onions, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh Dill, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Egg
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil, for cooking
Procedure:
1. In a bowl with drained tuna, add the almond flour.
2. Then add the green onions.
3. Add the fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add mayonnaise.
5. Add egg.
6. Squeeze the lemon juice.
7. Mix the mixture until well combined. Form it into small patties. Ready your non-stick pan, heat over medium heat and add oil.
8. Add the tuna patties.
9. Flip it carefully so it will not break.
10. Serve with some mayonnaise. (optional)
