In this video, I will be showing How to make a delicious Orange chicken without having to fry your chicken and heavy oil. This recipe is my go to recipe because not only is it healthier but it is also much cheaper and fresher than the store-bought version. Ingredients:
1.5lb Chicken Breast (cut into bite sizes)
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk or almond milk
1/2 cup of Flour
1/3 cup arrow root starch or Corn Starch
1tbs Garlic
1tbs onion power
1tbs Tumeric
1tbs Paprika
1/2 tbs Chili
Salt and Pepper to taste
Orange Sauce:
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar or honey
1 tbs of mined ginger
1/2 tbs of minced Garlic
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 cup Orange Juice
2 Tbsp Orange Zest
3tbs of water
1tsp Sesame Seeds to garnish( optional)
