Hey foodies,
We are all stuck in Quarantine but that shouldn’t stop us from making healthy choices! So here are three desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth without gaining that extra weight! So do try them and let me know in the comments below what you think about them!

Recipes:
1) Banana Parfait
– Make layers of Greek yogurt and granola one above another in a glass jar and top the last layer with chopped banana and some oranges.
– Keep it in refrigerator for 10 mins and enjoy this healthy dessert and is perfect as breakfast too!

2) Ragi Mug Cake
-Roast 3 tsp Ragi and add to the Mug along with 2 tsp cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder & ¼ tsp baking soda,a pinch of salt and mix all these dry ingredients.
-Then add 2 tsp oil/ghee and ½ cup milk and mix to form a smooth batter.
-Top it with dark chocolate confetti and keep it in the microwave for 1 minute.
-Check with a toothpick if the cake is properly baked and enjoy your delicious and healthy Ragi Mug Cake!

3) Bread Pudding
-To a pan add 2 cups of milk with 1 & half tbsp custard powder,3 tbsp. honey, ¼ cinnamon powder and bring this mixture to a boil
-Apply butter/ghee to 2 slices of bread and cut them into small squares.
-Pour milk mixture over this and let the bread soak in it for 5 mins
-Bake in a 10 mins preheated over 180 degrees for 25 mins and your bread pudding is ready to be enjoyed!
