Today’s recipe Mixed fruit raita is one of the healthy, quick, easy and yummy yogurt Preparation. It was prepared by mixing yogurt with fresh fruits like apple, Pomegranate, etc. Fruit Raita is a tasty and good dip that is prepared with yogurt and diced fresh fruits, both great for digestion and packed with nutrients. Yogurt or Curd, is one of the basic ingredients in our home in Summers. As it chills down the body and also Gives us an instant relief from the burning heat. And therefore, there is always a glass of lassi, or a raita or a bowl of simple plain curd served with our meals. I prefer Raita most of the days, as you can experiment and make different types of raitas. Mix Fruit Raita Recipe:

Ingredients:
• ½ cups of curd
• 1 Cup of apple cut into small slices
• 1 Cup of grapes black & green both
• 1 Cup of pomegranate seeds
• ½ Cup of Cream
• 1 Tsp of Chat Masala
• Sugar to taste
• Pink Salt to taste
Instruction:
Take a bowl and Whisk the curd. Add around 1/2 cup of cream. You can also use milk instead of cream.
Add pink salt, chat masala and sugar.
Add all the sliced fruits to that curd.
Garnish mixed fruit raita with pomegranate seeds. You can also add finely cut dry fruits like cashews and almonds.
Keep the raita in the refrigerator to cool for 1-2 hours. And serve chilled.
