Here’s an easy, healthy, low calorie meal you are guaranteed to enjoy. Unfortunately, where we live we can’t always find true fresh fish, but we have found a substitute. If you love fish and especially salmon you have to try it pan fried with light seasoning and a saucy glaze. Any veggie side will do, but we paired ours with fresh green beans, mushrooms and red onions. We hope you enjoy this Wellness Wednesday.
