Snacking is often a pain area during weightloss. It is around this time of the day, that we tend to gorge on bhujia, namkeen, burger, biscuits etc. Even though it seems like a little deviation , but it adds hundreds of calories and sabotages our weightloss goals. So try this interesting variation of namkeen Shakarpara and let me know how it tastes.

While a namkeen bowl is around 200 calories, this version is ideally 50-60 calories..

Recipe:-

Ingredients :
1 bowl atta,
6 tbsp oil (any odour free oil)
kalonji seeds- 2 tsp
salt- as per taste
sugar- 2 tsp

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Rub oil and atta well with hands, till it attains crumbly structure
3. Add water in less quantities and make a hard dough.
4. Roll out like a chapati.
5. Cut it in any desired shape.Prick each of them with a fork
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius, for 7-8 mins. Check in between and flip for sometime if needed and bake again for 2-3 mins
