Quick, Simple and Healthy smoothie recipes DO exist.

I’ll jump right into the details of what each smoothie includes:

1) Orange, Peach & Raspberries Mix!
– 1 Orange, 1 Peach, Handful of Raspberries

– Vanilla Almond Milk 1/4 Cup
– Orange Juice 1/4 Cup
– Plain Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup
BLEND!

2)Strawberries, Raspberries & Blackberries (TRIPLE BERRY)
– 4 Large Strawberries, Handful of both Raspberries and Blackberries

– Vanilla Almond Milk 1/2 Cup
– Maple Syrup 1 Tablespoon
BLEND!

3) Bananas, Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberry Twist!
– 1 Banana, Handful of Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries
– Vanilla Almond Milk 1/2 Cup
– Vanilla Greek Yogurt 1/4 Cup
BLEND!

4) Orange, Peach and Carrot Surprise!
– 1 Orange, 1 Peach, 1/2 Carrot
– Vanilla Almond Milk 1/2 Cup
– Plain Greek Yogurt 1/4 Cup
BLEND!

5) Classic Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie!!
– 1 Banana, 5 Large Strawberries
– Vanilla Almond Milk 1/2 Cup
– Plain Greek Yogurt 1/4 Cup
BLEND!
