2 cups Lettuce, torn
1 cup Spinach leaves
1.5 oz. Cheese, cut into sticks
½ Avocado, cut into slices
1.5 oz. Pork deli
2 oz. Tomato cubes
¼ cup Cauliflower, grated
½ tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:
1. In a bowl add the lettuce and spinach.
2. Top with cheese sticks, and pork deli.
3. Add grated cauliflower, tomato pieces, and avocado. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt to taste
4. Serve and enjoy!
