Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing an easy and healthy pasta salad recipe. When it comes to the kitchen I don’t want to stress so I love to share recipes that don’t take too much time and are simple but delicious.
Prep and cook time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
Box of your favorite Pasta (I use the brand Banza that is made from chickpeas)
Red Bell Pepper
Olives
Red onion
English cucumber
Feta cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Lemon Juice (1/2 a lemon)
Salt
Pepper
I made the whole box of pasta so I could have extra for a few days. I used about half of each veggie for this dish. When I run out of one of the veggie options I will put more of an other to compensate. Feel free to make this recipe your own and add or sub any of your favorite veggies.
