Broccoli fitter recipe snack recipe goes well with evening snack. Prepared with main ingredients broccoli and gram flour.

Ingredents:
Broccoli 1cup
Gram flour 3tbsp
Onion 1/2
Garlic 2
Salt
Chili flakes 1/2tsp
Chili powder 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves

Procedure:
1. Boil Broccoli and chop it to small pieces
2. Chop onions, garilic, carrot.
3. Mix all chopped things in bowl with salt, chili flakes, chili powder and coriander powder, coriander leaves
4. Make patties and shallow fry in low to medium flame.
5. Fry both sides and dish out
6. Enjoy with any sauce.
