Ingredients:
1/2 cup Barley
(soaked overnight and boiled in salt water
for 20 min)
1/4 cup boiled Corn
10-15 count Pistacho nuts (or any nuts)
1/2 cup steamed Moong beans sprouts
1/2 cup boiled black Channa (black chickpeas- optional)
1 Carrot
3 stalks of Celery
1 Tomato
Wintermelon (optional)

1 Tbsp dried Tamarind
(soak tamerind in hot water for
15 min and strained to make
the tamarind juice)
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp dried Marjoram
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Jaggery powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Prep time: 20 minutes, Serving size: 3-4
