Black Ulunthu rice

Black ulunthu – 100g
Rice – 100g
Salt – as per required
Water

Preparation

1. Wash both rice & ulunthu together soak it for 10 mints.

2. In a cooker add ulunthu,rice Ratio 1 : 2.5 glass of water add salt close the cooker leave it for 3 whistle.

3. Open the cooker once the pressure release.

4. Now black ulunthu rice is ready.
