Recipe stir with mango zucchini cucumber and chicken thighs🥗🍝
For 3-4 people, ingredients:
-1ripe mango
-1 zucchini
-1 cucumber
-rice for 3-4 people (differs per person)
-sweet chili sauce
– +/- 350g minced chicken thighs (I forgot it so I used beef, works well too!)
directions:
cook the rice, fry the beef/chicken. chop all the fruits and vegetables. Cook the zucchini for 5 min with the beef. Add the cucumber and mango, top with the chili sauce, let it sit for a while and serve with the rice. Enjoy! 😊
