Recipe for Soup with Vegetables:
– 10-12 cups of water
– 16 oz lima beans
– 3 medium carrots (chopped)
– 3 cups pumpkin (chopped)
– 2 stalks celery (chopped)
– 1/2 pound yellow
yam peeled (cubed)
– 1 stalk leeks chopped in cubes
– 1/2 of chocho peeled (optional)
How to make Dumpling:
-use 1/4 lb flour
– a pinch of salt
– about 2/8 water
Mix together & form into dough
How to season your soup:
– 4 stalk Scallion
– 1/2 a bunch of thyme
– 4 cloves grated garlic
– 1-2 tbsp miso
– 1 can of coconut milk
– 1/2 – 2 tbsp of himilayan
salt
(depending on the amount
of miso used)
