Sprouts Salad Recipe / Healthy Sugar Free Breakfast For Sweet Lovers

Moong sprouts are very healthy and nutritional breakfast. Health benefits of sprouts include weight loss, boosts immune system, improves eye sight, helps reduce acidity, have anti aging properties and heart friendly. Specially in summer it has cooling effect on stomach.

Today I am going to make the sweet sprouts salad or sprout chaat you can say. It’s great as fasting recipes and vrat recipes because it’s an easy healthy nasta with no cooking, no salt, no oil and totally vegan salad recipe.
Ingredients :
Sprouted moon dal / gram dal 1 cup
Soaked yellow moong dal / gram dal 1/2 cup
Banana 1 or 2 as you wish
Mixed dry fruits
Chopped coconut
Jaggery for sweetness
Honey 1 tbsp
You can add more fruits but it will be too sweet to eat. In that case cut down the quantity of Jaggery and honey.
