This is a healthy breakfast recipe which not only tastes good but keeps you fit as well. I call it, The Fit Bit Bowl because it is power packed with healthy vegetables, good carbs and protein. You can add or skip ingredients which you prefer or don’t.
Ingredients-
1. Cauliflower
2. An egg or two
3. Frozen mixed vegetables
4. Brown bread
5. Fresh Coriander
Seasonings-
1. Oregano
2. Chilli Flakes
3. Salt and Pepper
