Thinai pesarattu

Ingredients:
Thinai rice-2 cups
whole green gram-1 cup

For grinding:
Green chilli-3
ginger-1/2 inch
salt to taste
oil- for frying.

Fry in little oil for toppings.
Finely cut onions.
finely cut chillies.
finely grated carrot.

Method:
1)Soak grains 5 to 6 hours
2)strain water and grind until frothy
3)Add green chillies ,ginger and salt
4)Heat little oil and fry green chillies,onions and grated carrot pieces for topping.
