Vegetables upma
Ingredients
Rawa/ suji – 1/2 small bowl / 1 cup
Sarao – 1 tbsp
Ghee/ oil – 2 tbsp
Chane ki daal – 1 tbsp
Moong masoor ki dal – 1 tbsp
onion – 1 finely chopped
Vegetables (of your choice and availability)
Peas / matar – 3 tbsp ( boiled)
Sweetcorn- 3 tbsp ( boiled)
Capsicum – 1/2 finely chopped
Beans/ fali – 5,6
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper/ red chilli powder – 1/4 tbsp or 1,2 finely chopped green chilles
Note – use suji /rawa and water in 1:4 quantity
1 cup suji 4 cup water
