WEIGHT LOSS DRINK:
INGREDIENTS:
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Kala jeera 1tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Ajwain/ carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Ginger 2 inches
Water 2 litters
METHOD:
1.Dry roast all the above ingredients in a pan except ginger.
2.Add everything to the blender with little water to make it as a paste.
3.Add the ground paste to the water.
4.Boil until it reduces to half of its quantity.
This drink is spicier so you can add little honey and enjoy this drink.
You can have one time a day after meals.
